Labour Law question

Hello.
I`d like to ask about Bulgarian labour law.
As per my contract for an indefinite period I gave termination of my contract with one-month notice agreement.
I`ve been working there since one year.
I still have 8 (out of 25) unused days of holidays for this year.

HR guy told me that not only they will not pay me for those days, but they will also deduct from my last salary all the days of my already used holidays (which they approved before) which are over 10 (so, that they will additionally deduct my salary for 7 days).

Is that kind of deduction lawful according to the Bulgarian Labour Law?

I`ll be really grateful for help. Thanks.

It's against the law. You should get paid for the unsused days.

Thanks.

Can you please tell me how to exactly substantiate it to them (the best would be if it would be based on Bulgarian labour law exact regulations)?
Tnx a lot again.
