The activity is accomplished in accordance with General Terms, which are available beforehand. They are subject to amendments through separate agreements. All the information received in the course of the work on the case remains strictly confidential. The Bar Act provides for the inviolability of lawyers' papers and correspondence. After a case is completed,the documents and the papers are due to be returned at the request of the client. The closed files are kept for five years and afterwards are subject to destroying. The amount of the fees depends on the spent time, enforcing The Bar Act, art.26(2),35(2)(3),36 ,and The Regulation №1,art.1 for of barristers' minimum fees. Hourly rates are based the professional experience and competence, involved in the case, and reflect the spent time.
